ANON offers harvesters from small to large. Our small harvesters include tractor-mounted vegetable harvesters, potato harvesters, corn harvesters, leek harvesters, etc., as well as small self-propelled harvesters. These machines are compact, lightweight, and affordable, making them ideal for family farms and small-scale growers. Medium-sized harvesters are more suitable for medium-sized and contiguous fields in plains areas, offering more comprehensive functions and higher harvesting efficiency. Our large harvesters are favored by large farms and large-scale growers for their top efficiency and productivity. ANON meets your harvesting needs for different planted areas.

ANON Harvester Features

1. High-Efficiency Harvesting System

ANON’s grain harvesters have a maximum feed rate of 13 kg/s. Taking a standard 200-meter plot as an example, a single round trip can easily harvest 3.2 acres, and 40 acres of wheat can be harvested in one hour. With its large feed rate, compared to other combine harvesters, the ANON platform harvesters can complete large-scale crop harvesting in a short time, with a work efficiency 30 to 50 times that of manual labor. From crop harvesting, threshing, and cleaning to grain collection and straw processing, everything is completed in one go, requiring no additional large-scale labor input, making it suitable for large-scale planting.

2. Multi-Purpose Machine

ANON offers highly versatile models. By changing different headers, such as grain headers, corn headers, flexible headers, or adjusting threshing components, you can adapt to harvesting various crops, expanding your operating range, and improving machine utilization and return on investment. For example, our wheat harvesters can be equipped with different headers to also harvest corn, sorghum, soybeans, rapeseed, etc. The sieve plates can also be quickly changed; by simply changing the header and threshing components, you can harvest wheat, corn, soybeans, sorghum, and other crops.

3. Powerful Engines

Our combine harvesters are powerful, equipped with well-known engine brands such as Weichai and Yuchai. The machines range in horsepower from 5 to 300 horsepower, depending on the model size, offering flexibility and efficiency. This significantly reduces your physical exertion during harvesting, greatly reducing the labor demand for large-scale farmland, effectively avoiding labor shortages and lowering labor costs. Large harvesters are equipped with engines of over 200 horsepower. For example, our wheat harvester is equipped with a Yuchai 260-horsepower engine, with four adjustable power levels: 260, 240, 220, and 160. You can select different power outputs depending on the crop to be harvested, saving energy and fuel. Owning an ANON combine harvester will bring you a comfortable and pleasant working environment.

4. High Durability

ANON harvesters meet the needs of long-term, large-area operations. Core components such as the header, rollers, and gearbox are made of high-strength steel and treated with wear-resistant materials, capable of withstanding continuous harvesting operations for several days. Imported key bearings and collaboration with professional component manufacturers enhance the machine’s durability. For example, all spherical bearings on ANON wheat harvesters are American Pierre bearings, offering high load-bearing capacity and long service life. The drive belts use black single-tooth belts, providing strong tension and excellent heat dissipation. Some models are equipped with hydraulic lifting and automatic lubrication systems, helping to reduce wear and extend equipment life.

5. Intelligent and Reliable

ANON prioritizes providing customers with a comfortable operating environment. Our cabs are equipped with shock-absorbing seats, air conditioning, and a sealed design to create a low-noise environment. The control panel is simple and easy to understand. Real-time operating status monitoring, one-button unloading, reversing camera, and fault diagnosis alarm system provide simpler and smarter operation, improving safety, reducing fatigue, and ensuring durability.

6. High Terrain Adaptability

We offer both wheeled and tracked models. As the preferred tracked machine for hilly areas, we have equipped it with widened tracks for more stable movement, better traverse of paddy fields, and high ground clearance, making it suitable for muddy fields. Wheeled models all use Xulun Jia-brand enlarged and widened high-pattern tires, which are highly adaptable to sandy, muddy, and slippery terrain.

7. Reduce Losses, Improve Quality

ANON employs a multi-drum threshing and grading system with adjustable air speed, enabling rapid separation of grains, straw, and husks. Cleaning efficiency reaches over 98%, with grain loss controlled below 3%, preventing yield reduction due to incomplete threshing and poor cleaning. Three-stage fine impurity removal ensures clean grains even in damp fields. The longitudinally arranged threshing drum, up to 3 meters long, offers superior threshing performance and lower breakage. An extended fish-scale screen with a larger area is available. Eight convenient, quick-change concave screens allow for harvesting wheat, corn, soybeans, sorghum, and other crops simply by changing the header and threshing components.

8. Diverse Straw Processing

ANON combine harvesters can adapt to various straw processing needs. You can choose to return the straw to the field, providing renewable resources and creating soil conditions for subsequent cultivation. Alternatively, you can choose to bale and recycle it for use as feed or fuel. It can also retain intact straw for resale, increasing your additional income.

Conclusion

ANON harvesters offer maximum harvesting efficiency, enhancing your agricultural productivity. For customized services, ANON can also provide the most suitable harvester to meet your needs. Everything is designed to make your agricultural work easier and more convenient. To improve your user experience, ANON will always provide the most comprehensive services, becoming a platform you can trust. FAQ

1. What is a combine harvester?
A combine harvester is an agricultural harvester with functions such as harvesting, threshing, separating, and cleaning. It can complete the entire harvesting process at one time and is a huge milestone in modern agricultural equipment.

2. What crops can combine harvesters harvest?
Common combine harvesters can harvest crops such as wheat and rice. Some special models can harvest rapeseed, sorghum, etc. Equipped with different headers, you can also harvest crops such as corn. Meanwhile, ANON has different targeted harvesters for peppers, cotton, sugarcane, garlic, vegetables, etc.

3. What is the average price of a combine harvester?
New combine harvesters range in price from $100,000 to $500,000. Used combine harvesters are less expensive, but you need to ensure they are of equally high quality. Generally, used combine harvesters are priced between $100,000 and $150,000, but the exact price depends on the machine’s size, brand, model, and age.

4. How to maintain a combine harvester?
After each operation, you need to clean the machine body, header, drums, and sorting screen to remove any remaining straw and grains. Use a high-pressure water gun to rinse them, avoiding water contact with the engine and electrical system. Regularly check the blades and reels for wear and deformation, and sharpen or replace them as needed. Tighten all bolts, especially the header and drum fixing nuts. Check the chain and conveyor belt for looseness and adjust the tension if necessary.
Before daily operation, you need to check that the engine oil, coolant, and fuel levels are sufficient. Check for leaks in the hydraulic system and ensure the tire pressure is normal. Start the engine and warm it up for 5-10 minutes, observing for any abnormal noises and checking that the instrument panel indicator lights are functioning correctly before starting work.

5. What to do about the high grain loss rate?
When encountering high grain loss rates during combine harvester operation, if the header height is too high and crops are missed, you need to lower the header height in time to avoid omissions. If the cleaning fan speed is inappropriate, adjust the speed to the appropriate setting in time, and check whether the cleaning screen is blocked and clean it in time. If the conveyor belt slips and causes grains tofall, adjust the conveyor belt tension, and replace the conveyor belt if it is severely worn. If the crops are too dry and cause grains to splash, or too wet and cause them to stick together, try to choose the optimal time for harvesting when the crop moisture content is between 15% and 25% to reduce grain loss.
