1. The self-propelled silage harvester is equipped with a collection system that can effectively collect harvested crops. During the collection process, the crops are smoothly transported by the feed rollers to the subsequent processing stage, ensuring continuous and efficient operation. 2. The roller-type grain crushing mechanism has a crushing rate of over 98% and a more thorough crushing effect. The gap between the crushing rollers can be adjusted to optimize the crushing effect according to different corn varieties and maturity levels.
3. The ANON self-propelled silage harvester adopts a drum-type crushing mechanism, which crushes evenly and has high efficiency. A short and uniform chopping length can ensure that crops are cut very finely, which is beneficial for compaction and deoxygenation during silage fermentation, reducing the risk of mold and improving the quality of silage feed.
4. This silage harvester also has compaction and packaging functions. During the packaging process, the machine will automatically perform layered packaging according to the set parameters to ensure the uniformity and tightness of the packaging.
5. Equipped with a 177kW engine and a 2.08-meter-wide cutting platform, the maximum operating efficiency per hour reaches 30 tons. Equipped with a 300L super-large fuel tank, it can easily handle long periods of full-load operation.
6. The AN4QZ-M30 silage harvester can adapt to multiple crops. And we provide three types of cutting tables for you to choose.
1). Corn header: suitable for harvesting high-stem crops such as corn, sorghum, and wolfberry.
2). Swinging blade cutting table: suitable for harvesting dwarf crops such as wheat, rice, barley, cotton stalks, etc.
3) Bush cutting platform: suitable for harvesting shrubs such as lemon twigs.
