Cylindrical / Drum Sieve: The cylindrical primary cleaning screen is the first choice for the coarse cleaning process. It uses a rotating cylindrical screen where the rice tumbles and advances inside the drum. The inner screen has a large aperture for screening large impurities, while the outer screen has a small aperture for screening fine impurities.

Gyratory Screener: Also called the flat rotary screen, it can be used for more refined processing of fine impurities. After the rice grains enter the screen surface, the screen rotates in a planar motion, further separating larger and smaller impurities through two layers of screens with different apertures, ensuring more thorough grain sieving. A constantly bouncing elastic ball is placed between the two layers of screens to effectively prevent clogging.
