The ANON Gyratory Screener is a high-precision screening machine designed for high-capacity grain and rice processing lines. It performs two essential functions: impurity removal for grain and paddy, and accurate grading and classification of grains or rice.
Unlike traditional vibrating screeners, this machine utilizes a gentle gyratory motion to achieve superior screening performance. It can remove up to 95% of impurities from raw paddy, ensuring a cleaner input for downstream processing. This results in a more stable production line, improved product quality, and reduced grain damage, all without sacrificing efficiency.

Multi-layer Screen Deck with Drawer Design
The multi-layer screen deck significantly enhances both screening efficiency and grading accuracy. Different mesh sizes are available to match various grain types and processing requirements, allowing precise separation in a single pass.
The drawer-type design enables quick and easy replacement of screen meshes, making it highly adaptable for different applications. In addition, this structure simplifies cleaning and maintenance, reducing downtime and improving overall operational efficiency.
Anti-blockage Ball System
ANON gyratory screener is equipped with an advanced anti-blockage system using elastic rubber balls placed inside the double-layer screen deck. During operation, these balls continuously bounce and strike the underside of the screen, effectively preventing mesh blockage and maintaining smooth material flow.
This system is particularly effective when processing damp grains or powdery impurities, which are more likely to clog the screen openings. By keeping the mesh clear at all times, it significantly improves screening efficiency and ensures consistent performance.
The elastic balls generate sufficient impact force to dislodge trapped particles while remaining gentle on the machine structure. This reduces mechanical stress, minimizes wear, and lowers maintenance requirements, allowing for more stable operation and longer service intervals.
