Efficient screening and precise grading

The ANON gyratory screener generates centrifugal or inertial force through the rotation of the screen frame during operation, causing the material to roll on the screen surface, which can significantly improve screening efficiency. It is equipped with different aperture screens, allowing smaller particles to pass through the screen while larger particles are blocked, achieving precise classification. Supporting multiple layers of screens, it can simultaneously separate impurities of various sizes (such as large impurities, small impurities, and clean grains), with a processing capacity of 10-15 tons/hour per single device. Each layer of the screen is equipped with anti blocking devices such as bouncing balls or brushes, effectively preventing wet or fine powder materials from blocking the screen holes and reducing the frequency of manual cleaning.
