A chili pepper harvester is a type of agricultural machine designed specifically for efficiently harvesting chili pepper crops. It is widely used in regions with large-scale chili farming, especially where labor costs are high or manual picking is inefficient. As an essential tool in modern agriculture, the chili pepper harvester aims to improve harvesting efficiency, reduce labor intensity, and minimize damage to the fruit.

1. Efficient harvesting significantly improves work efficiency and saves labor costs.

2. Intelligent adjustment to adapt to different varieties and field planting conditions.

3. Simple structure, easy to clean, and durable.

4. High cleanliness, dual cleaning of air separation and screen, reducing post-sorting work.

5. The damage rate of vibration picking is ≤ 3%, which is better than the 5-8% of manual pulling.

Integrated Operation

Integrated Operation

ANON chili harvesters automate the entire process from chili picking, branch separation, impurity screening, to fruit collection, eliminating the need for manual intervention and the tedious steps of harvesting, transporting, and sorting. This significantly doubles work efficiency, saving you harvesting time and labor costs, drastically shortening the harvesting cycle, and preventing losses due to untimely harvesting. The intelligent hydraulic system supports stepless adjustment of the harvesting drum speed and travel speed, allowing you to flexibly adjust parameters according to chili variety, planting density, and maturity to achieve the best harvesting results. The large-capacity collection box reduces the frequency of unloading, enhances continuous operation, and further improves overall harvesting efficiency. We offer a variety of chili harvester models with working widths ranging from 1600 mm to 3600 mm. You can choose the appropriate harvesting width based on the size of your field, or our professional team will recommend a suitable model based on your planting situation.

Low breakage rate

Low breakage rate

The ANON chili harvester’s cutting head features an innovative spring-tooth picking structure. Compared to rigid rollers or cutters, the spring teeth possess natural flexibility and cushioning. Upon contact with the chili fruit, they undergo elastic deformation, mimicking the grasping and separating motion during manual harvesting. This creates a precise clamping force upon contact with the chili stem, ensuring that mature fruits detach completely from the plant while cushioning the impact on the fruit, preventing vine breakage or unripe fruit drop due to excessive pulling. This harvesting method significantly reduces scratches, punctures, and internal crushing damage to the chili’s skin. For fresh chilies, high-value varieties, or chilies requiring long-term storage, intact skin is crucial, directly affecting product grade and selling price. The gentle harvesting of the ANON chili harvester reduces mechanical damage, lowers the risk of spoilage due to breakage after harvesting, and ensures the quality of your harvest.

Non-Row-Based Operation

Non-Row-Based Operation

ANON chili harvesters break through the strict limitations of traditional harvesters on planting row spacing, achieving a non-row-based operation mode that eliminates the need for manual pre-planning or adjustment of planting row spacing. The spring-tooth design is highly adaptable to row spacing and plant conditions. When harvesting chilies, the spring teeth effectively grab and pick chilies from different row spacings without needing to be precisely aligned with the crop row. This is a significant advantage for fields with non-standard planting row spacing or uneven rows due to sowing and transplanting errors. For plants of varying heights, with uneven stem lengths, or slightly drooping, the flexible spring teeth can more easily penetrate the plant clumps than sensor-based mechanisms, finding and picking chilies and reducing omissions. This eliminates the hassle of strictly aligning row spacing when planting chilies, and even under various undesirable field conditions, our chili harvester can maintain a high chili harvesting rate, reduce losses from falling to the ground, and ensure yield.

High Cleanliness of Chili

High Cleanliness of Chili

ANON chili pepper harvesters produce chili peppers with a high level of cleanliness, with an impurity content controlled below 3%. This cleaning process is carried out from the header to the final threshing drum. The high-speed exhaust fan on the header generates a directional airflow during harvesting, instantly blowing away light impurities such as leaves, achieving a removal rate of over 85%. The multi-layer vibrating screen in the conveyor section further separates fine stems and broken leaves using size differences. The subsequent dual-stage air separator accurately distinguishes chili peppers from residual impurities, thoroughly removing light impurities such as dust and film through wind speed gradient adjustment. The final threshing drum further processes the stems containing impurities, recovering residual fruit and discharging impurities. This process requires no manual intervention. After harvesting, the chili peppers have no obvious impurities and can be directly purchased or processed, saving secondary sorting costs and avoiding fruit damage during sorting, thus maximizing the commercial value.

ANON Chili pepper harvester has a wide application.

ANON chili harvesters boast exceptional variety adaptability. Whether harvesting dried varieties like chilies, long peppers, flat peppers, and golden pagoda peppers, or fresh peppers like bell peppers and colorful peppers, they can adapt to different fruit sizes and firmnesses simply by adjusting the tooth spacing, mesh size, and operating parameters, without needing to replace core components. This meets diverse planting needs. In terms of application scenarios, they comprehensively cover various terrains including greenhouse cultivation, open field cultivation, hilly terraces, and plains, completely solving harvesting challenges in different planting environments. One machine can meet farmers' harvesting needs across all scenarios, eliminating the need to purchase separate equipment for different plots or varieties. Some models also support cross-seasonal operation; after the chili harvest, by changing accessories, they can also harvest beans, forage, and other crops, increasing the annual utilization rate of the equipment, shortening the return on investment cycle, and maximizing the value of the equipment.
