
Automatice Rice Packing Machine
After a series of rice milling processes, the finished rice needs to be packaged before it can be sold, and this is when a rice packaging machine is needed. The fully automatic rice packaging machine works in tandem with an automated control system and precision mechanical design, integrating weighing, filling, sealing, counting, coding, and conveying. It is mainly used to package bulk rice or similar granular materials into bags automatically. It is widely used in grain processing plants, rice mills, e-commerce packaging workshops, and other scenarios.

Main Structure
Feeding device: mainly includes hopper, vibrating feeder and other components, which are used to stably transport rice to the metering device.
Measuring device: usually uses electronic scales or volumetric meters, which can accurately measure the weight or volume of rice to ensure that the weight of each bag of rice meets the standard requirements. It is one of the core components of the packaging machine.
Sealing device: responsible for sealing the bagged rice, including heat sealing, sewing and other methods.
Cutting device: generally uses a knife or hot cutting device to cut the continuous packaging material into individual packaging bags, and accurately cut according to the set length.
Counting device: can count the number of packaged rice bags, which is convenient for production management and quality control.
Conveying device: composed of conveyor belts, rollers, etc., responsible for transporting the packaged rice from the packaging machine to the designated location, such as a warehouse or loading area.

Vacuum packaging module: heat-seal after vacuuming to extend the shelf life to more than 12 months.
Modified atmosphere packaging technology: fill with nitrogen or carbon dioxide mixed gas to inhibit the growth of microorganisms.
