Features
1. The peanut combine harvester integrates all peanut harvesting functions, such as seedling lifting, digging, pulling seedlings, clamping and conveying, shaking the soil, picking peanuts, rotary screening, fan cleaning, and collection.
2. Two picking rollers rotate relative to each other at different speeds, separating peanut pods from the vines through brushing and rubbing. Compared to traditional beating-type picking, this significantly reduces pod breakage.
3. Equipped with a 33.8kW (46hp) engine, combined with a mechanical-hydraulic continuously variable transmission and hydrostatic drive system, it achieves continuously variable speed movement, making operation simple and steering easy, and greatly reducing the driver’s workload.
4. Utilizing a vibrating grid cleaning mechanism, combined with wind power, it effectively separates the picked pods from soil, small impurities, and lightly broken stems and leaves, resulting in highly clean peanuts.
5. Employing a tracked walking mechanism, it has low ground pressure, making it particularly suitable for operation in wet, soft, and loose fields, effectively preventing sinking. Meanwhile, the minimum ground clearance of 190mm ensures good maneuverability on uneven fields and prevents soil buildup.
Peanut combine harvester working principle
First, a digging shovel lifts the peanut plant along with the soil. During transport, a vibrating conveyor separates most of the soil from the peanuts and sends the plant into the pod-picking mechanism. In the pod-picking stage, rotating elastic components brush or knock the peanut pods off the vines. Finally, a blower and a cleaning sieve separate the picked pods from impurities. The clean peanuts are collected in a grain storage bin, while the vines are returned to the field. The entire process of digging, soil removal, pod picking, and cleaning is completed in one go.
