Easy Operation: Although the ANON manual model requires hand assistance during operation, it is still highly simple to learn. There is one handle for pulling and one lever for planting. Just rotate the lever to plant after pulling the machine to the corresponding spot. The seeding grip will take a cluster of rice seeds and insert it to the paddy. You can stop and replant/reseed any time you want during the operation

Terrain Adaptability: The manual transplanter is extremely adaptable to uneven fields. It can maintain a consistent planting depth regardless of the terrain conditions. Also, the manual model is very easy to carry and transport between different fields. The whole machine is under 20kg.

The center of gravity is at the flat bottom plate, which supports the stability during operation in the soft paddy field. Easy Operation: The walk-behind model is simple to operate. The operation panel integrates key controls, including walking speed, transplanting speed, and the hydraulic system. Other controls, like the engine switch, the transplanting depth control, and the clutch lever, are installed on the front and the side of the machine. As for the direction of turning, you can simply move the handle. The flotation float’s bottom design will not create too much resistance as you turn.

More importantly, the transplanters are able to work ceaselessly before they run out of fuel.

Uniform Spacing and Depth: The ANON walk-behind model has 9 levels of depth settings. You can adjust to your desired level before operating. The automatic hydraulic device will ensure the depth of the transplanted seedling is at the same level. Also, the floating plate will adjust itself automatically by sensing the condition of the paddy field. As for the seeding distance, you can also adjust it freely. This model will maintain a consistent spacing and depth during transplanting.

Maximum Efficiency: The ride-on type has faster planting speed, enhanced capacity, and increased row number. With the high-performance engine build, this model can achieve an even higher planting efficiency – one acre per hour. Higher Survival Rate: ANON’s newly designed transplanting arm not only increases the speed, more importantly, they results in less shock to the rice seed. This is because the movement locus mimics the hand seeding movements that are more gentle to the seeding. In addition, the rotary box is more stable, resulting in less vibration to the seedling grip. So the grip can hold it gently without dropping it. Less shock is going to increase the survival rate and crop yields. Additionally, the seedling table rises automatically when reversing in order to avoid damage to the transplanted seedling.

High Precision of Uniformity: We adopt upgrades in several places to ensure a high level of uniformity. The right and left front wheels are independent in this model, and a shock buffer is installed on both sides. This creates an extremely stable condition. We also adopt a longer belt conveyor to ensure a stable, reliable, and precise seedling delivery. Moreover, the auto balance system ensures the transplanting depth is consistent even on the slope.

5. How to solve the problem of rice seedlings floating or collapsing after being planted by a rice planting machine?

You can immediately check and resolve the issue from three aspects: field conditions, seedling quality, and machine adjustments. If floating seedlings occur, the main reason may be that the mud on the field surface is too soft and the settling time is insufficient. In this case, transplanting should be stopped immediately, and the mud should be allowed to settle until it reaches a clear state. At the same time, the planting depth can be temporarily adjusted to a shallower position. If collapsing seedlings occur, it may be due to poor seedling quality (too thin and long), planting depth being too shallow, or the rice transplanter’s pusher being ineffective. Stronger seedlings should be cultivated, the planting depth appropriately increased, and the rice transplanter’s pusher operation checked for strength and proper positioning.
