Know Our Products

Know Our Products

ANON provides you with a complete set of peanut harvesting machinery. We have a peanut combine harvester that can complete the excavation, transportation, threshing, cleaning, and collection of peanuts for you in one go.
We also have regular peanut-digging machines that can be used in conjunction with tractors. This machine can help you dig out peanuts and lay them flat on one side for drying. It can also help you complete the excavation and soil cleaning of peanuts, and neatly lay them out for easy drying and subsequent processing.
There is also a peanut picking machine that can collect peanuts, fruits, and seedlings that have been excavated and dried in the field into the machine, and then complete the picking process for you inside the machine. The peanut picking machine is divided into self-propelled and tractor-towed types. So no matter how you want to harvest peanuts, our machines can meet your needs.

Time and Labor-Saving

Time and Labor-Saving

ANON peanut combine harvesters streamline operations to significantly shorten your harvest cycle. Equipped with a high-performance engine, they harvest peanut pods in a single pass. This eliminates the need for intermediate drying and subsequent field trips for gleaning and threshing, minimizing peanut loss. The large-capacity pod collection bin reduces unloading frequency, while hydraulic tipping unloading saves time and effort. The optimized transmission system ensures perfect coordination between the harvester’s field speed and harvesting efficiency, achieving daily coverage far exceeding traditional equipment.

FAQ

01
What are the types of peanut harvesters?

There are three main types of peanut harvesters: manual, self-propelled, and towed/suspended. Among them, the manual type is suitable for small-scale planting, manual operation, and affordable price, making it an ideal choice for family farms; The self-propelled model is designed specifically for large-scale planting, with high efficiency in fully mechanized operations, making it an ideal choice for commercial agricultural operations; Traction/suspension type requires a tractor to tow, with lower cost and suitable for use in small and medium-sized farms or hilly areas

How to choose the right peanut harvester?

Choosing the right peanut harvester involves considering factors such as planting area, terrain, peanut planting density, and maintenance needs.

If you have a small plot of land, a push harvester that is flexible and cost-effective is sufficient. For larger plots, it’s recommended to prioritize a self-propelled harvester for higher efficiency, allowing you to complete the harvest quickly and save time during busy farming seasons.

Consider the terrain of your plot. Flat terrain is best suited for self-propelled harvesters to maximize their efficiency. For hilly or sloping areas, choose a lightweight, highly maneuverable towed or push harvester to handle the complex terrain. If your peanuts are planted at high density, prioritize models with a vertical lifting mechanism. This mechanism smoothly sorts and transports the plants, preventing congestion and ensuring efficient and timely harvesting.

At the same time, you should also consider the ease of maintenance and frequency of upkeep of the machine. Try to choose products with durable body materials, simple and easy-to-inspect core components, and a sufficient supply of spare parts that are easy to purchase and replace. This will not only reduce your daily maintenance time and effort, but also reduce long-term operating costs.

What are some common malfunctions and solutions for peanut harvesters?

1. Unstable Machine: If you encounter instability while using a peanut harvester, this is likely due to inconsistent swing amplitude of the two digging shovels or the shovels colliding with the back guard plate. In this case, adjust the connecting rod length of the two digging shovels, lift the harvester off the ground, and let it idle. Loosen the connecting rod locking nut and adjust again to ensure that the swing amplitude of the two digging shovels is consistent and does not hit the guard plate. Finally, tighten the nut.

2. Spillage Loss: If spillage loss occurs, first check if the vibrating screen is clogged. If so, clean it promptly. Adjust the screen bar gap to 2-4 cm. If the blower airflow is too high, reduce it appropriately. Also, check if the threshing screen is clogged and clean it.

3. High Impurity Content: If you find that the harvested peanuts have a high impurity content, adjust the distance of the soil shaker to 2-4 cm. Avoid operating the harvester when the soil moisture is too high to reduce the mixing of soil and other impurities.

How to reduce peanut harvesting losses?

To reduce peanut harvesting losses, you can take corresponding measures for different problems: If there are many fallen pods, you can reduce the height of the digging shovel by extending the length of the central tie rod; if the soil is not completely removed, you need to shorten the length of the central tie rod to enhance the swing strength of the digging shovel and improve the soil separation effect; if the pods are not completely picked, you need to clean the mud, mulch, or weeds on the picking roller blades in time, ensure that the machine is aligned with the peanut ridge and the clamping position is appropriate, and at the same time keep the engine speed stable at 1700-2000 r/min to optimize picking efficiency.

How to maintain a peanut harvester?

After each day’s operation, the peanut harvester requires comprehensive maintenance. First, thoroughly clean the machine body of mud, weeds, and residual peanuts to prevent corrosion. Then, check and tighten bolts and nuts, adjust chain and belt tension, and finally lubricate easily worn parts such as the digging shovel and harvesting roller. If long-term storage is required, choose a well-ventilated and shaded location, elevate the frame with bricks to keep key components off the ground, cover with plastic sheeting for dust prevention, loosen the V-belts, and check and replace bearing grease to ensure the equipment is in good condition.
