The TSCY series drum cleaner is suitable for pre-cleaning materials during the initial feeding stage in many processing industries. Its main function is to separate larger and finer impurities from raw materials. This drum cleaner offers high pre-cleaning or cleaning efficiency for various grains such as rice, corn, soybeans, wheat, and sorghum.
Working Principle
The drum pre-cleaning screen uses the high-speed rotation of two internal screen layers to screen the raw materials. The inner screen has a larger aperture, removing larger impurities. The raw materials and fine impurities fall onto the outer screen, which has a smaller aperture, removing finer impurities. This results in the desired raw material.
