This fully automatic grain rice milling machine is designed to produce a significant quantity of rice. It includes pre-cleaning, de-stoner, husk, paddy separator, milling, whitener, broken rice sieve, color sorter, grader, rice bin, and packing scale. You can get edible rice from paddy only with it.

1. What are the key points for daily maintenance? 
After each day’s use, clean the inside of the machine to remove rice bran and dust, and check if the screen is clogged. Regularly replace worn rice milling rollers and screens, and add lubricating oil to the bearings. When the machine is not in use for an extended period, thoroughly clean it and cover it to prevent dust accumulation.
2. What are some common malfunctions of a combined rice milling machine, and how can they be resolved?
1) Too much broken rice: Lower the pressure in the whitening chamber and check if the moisture content of the paddy is too high.
2) Blackened rice: Clean the rice milling chamber of any remaining bran and check if the rice sieve is damaged.
3) Abnormal machine noise: Stop the machine immediately and check for bearing wear or loose screws.
