Configuration&Principle

A crawler tractor is like a "moving track." Its core principle is to use two wide crawler tracks to spread the weight flat on the ground. Its engine then drives this "track" in a circular motion, enabling smooth forward, backward, and turning motions. The ultimate goal is to enable the tractor to move smoothly across muddy and sloped terrain, where wheels would sink or slip, as if on flat ground, allowing it to exert its full strength to pull and work.
Driving System
Track: A closed, circular track composed of multiple track shoes, pins, and chains. It increases the contact area with the ground, significantly reducing ground pressure (pressure per unit area). Drive wheels: Engine power is transmitted to the drive wheels through the transmission and final drive. The drive wheel teeth engage with the track shoes, propelling the entire machine forward. Rollers and carrier rollers: Support the track and maintain its shape.
Frame
This typically uses a full-frame design, meaning all major components are mounted on a solid steel frame. This extremely stable structure can withstand the significant torsional shocks of harsh operating conditions.
Powertrain
Generally, modern crawler tractors use large-displacement, high-torque turbocharged diesel engines to provide powerful traction.
Working Attachment
The attachment to the implements is primarily through a three-point rear hitch and power take-off shaft. A hydraulic dozer blade is often mounted on the front, making it a multifunctional machine capable of tractoring, pushing, and leveling. Such a tractor is also referred to as an agricultural bulldozer.
Steering
Steering is achieved by braking one track and transferring power to the other track (clutch-brake steering). Some larger models use differential steering or dual-path hydrostatic drive, which provides smoother operation and reduces ground damage.
Cabin
A cab is usually equipped with pressurization, air conditioning, and an anti-rollover protection structure, which greatly improves the operating environment.

ANON crawler tractors utilize a "HST continuously variable transmission (main) + gear meshing (secondary)" transmission system. This means they offer you the useful advantages of extremely simple operation, smooth and impact-free shifting, and no clutching required. This significantly reduces your workload and is particularly suitable for complex operations requiring frequent speed changes and steering.
Professional Rubber Track Design
Using rubber tracks can benefit you in low ground pressure, soil protection (avoiding the formation of a plow bottom), minimal damage to hard roads, and low vibration during travel. This is the basis for protecting arable land and achieving sustainable agriculture.
Strong Power and Great Fuel Economy
Both of our models are equipped with high-power diesel engines (ANSR1002: 66.2kW / AN-702: 55kW) to achieve sufficient power reserves, capable of handling various heavy-load operations. Meanwhile, the fuel consumption rate is also well controlled at a good level.
Excellent Implements Compatibility
Our crawler tractors are all equipped with the dual-speed PTO (power take-off shaft, 720/540 r/min). It supports you in using the tractors to connect almost all mainstream agricultural implements, such as rotary tillers, plows, and seeders. They are highly versatile and can achieve "one machine for multiple uses".
