Working Structure
Feeding System:
The feeding system includes a feed hopper, flow control device, and feeding mechanism. The rice huller adjusts the rice flow using a gear-rack gate or a combination of short and long chutes to ensure a consistent and even feed into the hulling area.
Hulling Unit:
The hulling section uses a pair of rubber rollers—one fixed and one movable. The pressure between the rollers is controlled by a weight-pressure mechanism. By adjusting the weight, the roller gap pressure can be changed to suit different rice varieties and hulling requirements.
Drive System:
This series of weight-pressure rubber roller hullers uses a gear transmission system for speed control. It allows alternate use of fast and slow rollers with stable line speed and speed difference, ensuring high production efficiency.
Husk Separation System:
After hulling, the mixture of husks and brown rice passes through a buffer chamber into the separation unit. Airflow removes the lightweight husks through a trumpet-shaped suction port, while the mixture of rice and remaining material exits through the discharge outlet.
Working Principle
Rice enters the huller through the feeding inlet, where a flow control device regulates the amount and speed of the feed. The rice then slides down a chute into the space between two rubber rollers. These rollers rotate at different speeds in opposite directions, squeezing and rubbing the rice to remove the husk.
The hulled mixture then falls into the husk-brown rice separation chamber. Using airflow technology, the lightweight husks are sucked out by an air fan, effectively separating them from the rice. This reduces the need for additional cleaning in later processing steps.
