The digging shovel is set too shallow for your soil depth. Lengthen the central pull rod to increase cutting depth so the shovel reaches below the deepest pod attachment point. If the problem continues mid-row, your field has uneven soil depth, and you need a contour-following shovel that adjusts automatically as the machine moves forward. Your digging shovel is cutting too deeply, which reduces the swing intensity of the vibration mechanism and prevents proper soil separation. Shorten the central rod length so the rear of the grid sits 3 to 5 cm above the ground. Abnormal vibration is caused by unequal swing on both sides of the digging shovel or by the shovel making contact with stones underground. Adjust the connecting rod length on both sides to equalise the swing angle. Clear soil, peanut shells, and vine debris from all moving parts at the end of each day, paying particular attention to the vibrating screen and fan inlet. Lubricate all chain drives with machine oil daily and clean chains in solvent every 3 to 5 days. After one week of operation, grease the cardan joint and all bearing points. Inspect belt wear weekly and replace immediately if surface wear is visible.
