Mobile Grain Dryer
Mobile dryers usually use hot air circulation technology, which quickly takes away moisture and achieves the purpose of drying by heating the air and making it fully contact with the material.

Noise: Install sound insulation covers at the fan and motor, choose a low-noise model, and avoid night work.
Dust: install a bag filter or cyclone dust removal device to reduce emissions; Keep away from residential areas when working.
Exhaust gas: Oil/gas type needs to ensure that the combustion is sufficient, and the smoke exhaust pipe should be installed to avoid direct exhaust gas.
Clean the filter regularly: prevent dust from clogging and affecting the drying effect.
Check the fan and power supply: Make sure the fan is working properly and that the power plug and socket are in good contact.
Protects the evaporator and condenser: avoid collisions and prevent rewinding from affecting the dehumidification effect.
Prevent the electronic control system from getting wet: When not in use for a long time, cut off the power supply to prevent the electronic control system from getting wet.
It may be caused by uneven feeding. The inlet valve is opened too large or too small, causing the grain to accumulate on one side. The feeding speed can be adjusted appropriately, the feeding status can be monitored through the observation window, and a uniform distribution can be added if necessary.
