AN4YZ-1
The self-propelled compact corner is an agricultural machine designed for small-scale farmland operations.

Working Principle of the Mini Corn Harvester
During operation, the mini corn harvester moves forward along the corn rows. The crop dividers on both sides of the header separate the corn entering the harvesting area from the rest of the field. Corn stalks entering the harvesting zone are guided by the central divider into the picking channels.
Under the forceful guidance of the gathering chains, the stalks are directed between two snapping rollers in the picking mechanism. The rollers rotate rapidly, pulling the stalks downward. The thicker corn ears are held back by the snapping plates while the stalks are pulled through, achieving separation of ears from stalks.
The snapped ears are then moved by the gathering teeth into the husking machine, which removes the husks before the ears are transported to the grain bin.
After ear removal, the leftover stalks are shredded by the straw chopper and evenly spread back onto the field to improve soil fertility.
Once the grain bin is full, the operator uses the grain unloading lever to release the harvested corn directly onto the ground.
