The ANON 1BZ-5.3 heavy-duty disc harrow is primarily used for clearing crop residue before plowing, breaking up hard, impermeable soil surfaces, crushing and mixing straw into the soil, tilling after plowing, leveling the land, and retaining soil moisture. It can be used as a tillage machine to replace plows in cultivated fields. This machine boasts high production efficiency, rational power utilization, strong soil cutting and crushing capabilities, and leaves the soil surface level and loose after harrowing. It is particularly suitable for heavy clay soils, wasteland, and fields overgrown with weeds.

This machine incorporates the advantages of similar machines domestically and internationally, adopting a standard modular structural design. The main frame is welded from rectangular tubes and equipped with hydraulic lifting transport wheels, adjustable spring devices, and special bearing components.

heavy duty disc harrow

1. The ANON heavy-duty disc harrow has an ultra-wide working width of 5.3 meters, covering a huge area in a single pass, significantly reducing the number of tractor passes and improving work efficiency. It is particularly suitable for large-scale field operations, effectively reducing your time and fuel costs.

2. 48 high-configuration discs ensure uniform tillage density across the ultra-wide width, resulting in excellent soil crushing and leveling effects, creating an ideal seedbed for planting.

3. Large-diameter discs provide strong penetration capabilities, effectively cutting through crop residue and breaking up compacted soil, ensuring an ideal tillage depth of 200mm, meeting high-standard agronomic requirements such as deep loosening and stubble removal.

4. The massive weight of the ANON heavy-duty disc harrow provides powerful downward pressure, ensuring that the discs penetrate the soil stably even on hard or uneven ground, preventing bouncing and guaranteeing uniform tillage depth.

5. The hydraulic traction suspension and folding design allow the left and right sides of the harrow to be folded upwards for easy passage through narrow areas. The harrow body is equipped with hydraulically lifting rubber wheels, which also facilitates transportation and operation.

6. The heavy-duty square shaft uses an enlarged size, providing strong torsional resistance and extremely high durability, capable of withstanding heavy loads and harsh working conditions.

7. The heavy-duty disc harrow uses RSP fully enclosed bearings, which have excellent sealing performance, effectively preventing soil, dust, and water from entering. This greatly extends the lubrication cycle and service life, reduces maintenance requirements, and ensures reliable operation during long-term use.

8. Each disc is equipped with a scraper to remove adhering material. The disc material is 65Mn spring steel, making it more robust and durable.

FAQ

1.1BZ-5.3 Series heavy-duty disc harrows with what horsepower tractor pull?

ANON recommends a 180-220 HP tractor. You can also choose according to different types of work. A corn stubble subsoiling requires more than a 200 hp tractor, and needs to configure the front counterweight. To perform the rice stubble shallow harrow effectively, one needs a machine with more than 180 horsepower. If possible, you should install the paddy field wheel to prevent depression.

2. How to deal with the situation of asynchrony when using hydraulic folding?

First, you can disconnect the quick-change joint of the cylinder. Then you manually reset the rake wing to the same level. After you reconnect, you need to repeat the full folding step several more times to test that it works.
