9GL hay rake, matching with a small four-wheel tractor, is mainly used for hay collecting operations after mowing. The implement adopts a hydraulic overturning mechanism and spring steel rake fingers. During the working process, the rake fingers can be overturned by the hydraulic overturning mechanism so as to realize the offloading of the hay.
The machine uses a biased crank-connected bar structure to drive blades to work.
It is suitable to be used to reap natural forage grass and plant herbage, alfalfa, reed, grass feed, etc. in level grassland for agricultural, forest, and pasturing areas, and in different conditions grassland in sloping fields and hills areas.
It uses the tractor’s power output shaft to promote the mower, and movement of the blade, uses the the3-points suspension structure to make the machine rise and fall, and operates the power output structure (Operate the Clutch of the tractor) to realize the moving and stopping of blades, lifting mechanism is divided into two models of cylinder and lifting frame.
