ANON Combined Seeder
A combined seeder is a highly efficient agricultural machine that integrates multiple operations—furrow opening, fertilizing, seeding, soil covering, and pressing—into a single process. Based on the seeding method, it can be classified into pneumatic or mechanical types. It is widely applicable for crops such as wheat, corn, soybeans, millet, sorghum, cotton, rapeseed, alfalfa, and rice.
Core Functions:
1. Furrow opening: Uses coulters or disc openers to create uniform furrows, ensuring consistent seeding depth.
2. Fertilizing: Simultaneously applies base or seed fertilizer deep into the soil, improving nutrient utilization.
3. Precision seeding: Equipped with pneumatic, mechanical, or electric seed meters to control seeding rate and plant spacing accurately.
4. Soil covering & pressing: Soil covering plates or press wheels compact the soil, ensuring good seed-to-soil contact and improving germination rates.

Boost seeding efficiency
The ANON combined seeder completes furrowing, seeding, fertilizing, covering, and soil compaction all in one pass, dramatically shortening the sowing cycle while ensuring high planting quality. By adjusting the furrow opener height, it guarantees uniform seeding depth, preventing issues like deep seeding that hinders germination or shallow seeding prone to drought damage. The precision metering system accurately controls seed spacing, reducing the need for later thinning. Meanwhile, the fertilizer placement is set 3–5 cm away from the seeds, effectively preventing fertilizer burn and improving germination rates.

FAQ
The required tractor power is related to the width of the seeder. Generally speaking, seeders with a width of 2-3 meters are suitable for tractors with a power of 30-50 horsepower; Suitable for 50-100 horsepower tractors with a width of 4-6 meters; For larger widths, tractors with over 100 horsepower are required. Please refer to the equipment manual for matching suggestions.
Daily maintenance mainly includes: cleaning the residual seeds and fertilizers in the seeder and fertilizer box after operation to prevent blockage; checking the wear of components such as seeders and transmission chains, and replacing vulnerable parts in a timely manner; Regularly adding lubricating oil to bearings, gears, and other parts to ensure smooth operation of the equipment.
1. High efficiency: It can sow 10-50 acres per hour, which is more than 20 times that of manual sowing.
2. Low cost: saves labor, seed, and fertilizer costs.
3. Good emergence: precise sowing+reasonable suppression to ensure that the seedlings are evenly distributed and strong.
4. Fully functional: Complete trenching, fertilization, sowing, soil covering, and compaction in one go.
