ANON corn harvester is a machine used to pick corn cobs. This corn combine harvester combines three independent operations: picking, peeling, and returning straw to the field in one go when the corn is ripe, so the corn harvester is used for picking ears after the corn is ripe.

Under the action of the picking roller and picking board, the straw is pulled out, and the corn cob is transported to the peeling machine for peeling. At the same time, the rotating cutter cuts the straw from the roots and crushes it back into the field.

The header uses a six-blade compound saw blade to pull the straw, and the pull roller is 100mm longer. This ensures smoother straw handling, prevents header clogging, reduces corn kernel loss, and enables faster harvesting and higher efficiency.

6. Grain Bin Capacity

The granary utilizes dual hydraulic cylinders for unloading, achieving a 2.3-meter unloading height and increasing the granary’s capacity by 2.8 cubic meters. It reduces unloading times and significantly improves work efficiency.
