The mixed-flow drying process is adopted, and the interior is composed of angular ventilation boxes arranged in layers and staggered. The hot air enters through the intake angle box, passes through the grain layer in the upper and lower directions, and transmits heat and moisture with the grain, and the exhaust gas is discharged through the exhaust angle box. The hot air flows in the same direction and in the opposite direction with the grain flow, which increases the temperature of the grain and evaporates the water. The dried hot grain flows down to the slow su section, so that the temperature and moisture of the inner and outer layers of the grain tend to be balanced, and then enters the cooling section to cool down to the grain storage temperature, and finally discharges by the grain discharge section.

Why is there a big difference in moisture in the same batch of grain?

It may be caused by uneven feeding. The inlet valve is opened too large or too small, causing the grain to accumulate on one side.
