ANON Tower Dryer
ANON grain tower dryer is a continuous and efficient drying equipment suitable for centralized drying and processing of grains. It feeds wet grains from the top through the tower structure and slowly drops them by gravity. Multiple layers of staggered hot air channels and cooling zones are arranged inside the tower to achieve uniform and staged drying and cooling treatment of grains. This system helps ensure drying quality while effectively controlling risks for you, such as bursting and crushing.
1. The drying method of heat exchange and evaporation ensures uniform and sufficient drying.
2. To prevent drying cracks and broken rice, a constant drying speed control is adopted, and a computer controls the precipitation rate and air temperature without the need for manual setting.
3. Prevent grain spoilage and operate the machine at an appropriate temperature.
4. To prevent excessive drying, an automatic, accurate, and safe moisture monitoring device is used, which can automatically shut down the machine.
Convenient Construction
ANON tower grain dryers are made with special materials, resulting in thinner, stronger, and more durable dryers that are lighter than similar products, saving you on shipping costs. Furthermore, for the same weight, our drying towers are shorter, which is more advantageous for your factory construction. Their compact structure and small footprint allow for flexible installation to suit different site conditions and meet the drying needs of various regions.
Efficient and Rapid Drying
ANON grain tower dryers boast a powerful processing capacity, capable of handling tens of tons of grain at a time. Compared to traditional natural drying, tower dryers utilize hot air to dry the grain, evaporating and removing moisture. This significantly reduces drying time from days or even weeks to hours or even less than a day, meeting the needs of large grain silos for short-term, concentrated drying. It also allows for rapid processing of newly harvested grain during the harvest season, preventing mold growth due to compression and protecting every grain.
Good Drying Quality
The ANON tower dryer can bring you a good drying efficiency. These dyers adopt a low-temperature drying technology, with the drying temperature controlled at 50-80 degrees, effectively avoiding problems such as grain bursting, discoloration, and nutrient loss caused by high temperature. We optimize the design of the air duct inside the tower and the grain conveying path to ensure that the hot air penetrates the grain layer evenly, so that each grain is heated and dehumidified uniformly. Each drying process will undergo moisture testing using our specially developed crushing moisture meter to crush the grain and test the moisture, which is more accurate than some surface moisture meters on the market. Those that do not meet the standards will be returned to the tower for further drying to ensure even moisture content and consistent quality of the grains after drying, making it easy to store and sell.
Intelligent Automation
The ANON grain tower dryer has a clear operation panel. You only need to select the grain type, initial moisture content, target moisture content, and other parameters on the control panel, and the equipment can automatically operate to complete the entire drying process. There are also various fault alarms for different situations, which do not require manual monitoring at all times. In case of problems, they can be quickly and accurately located for you, greatly reducing labor intensity and improving production management efficiency.
FAQ
Axial-flow fan grain dryers can do the job. They effectively remove moisture from the grain, but they are more expensive. They are also generally noisy.
Moving grain into and out of the drying system typically requires some cost, either electrical or mechanical, but the cost is generally minimal. A nominal estimate of $0.01 per bushel can be used. The amount of labor required to operate the drying system varies greatly depending on the type of system.
If the harvested grain has a moisture content of 25%, 134 kg of water must be removed to obtain a “dry” ton (1,000 kg) of grain with a moisture content of 15%. A continuous cross-flow dryer would consume 860,000 kilojoules (34 liters of propane) of energy to evaporate this amount of water.
Thoroughly clean the interior of the tower, silos, and air ducts to remove residual grain and dust, preventing mold and pest infestation.
Turn off the fuel supply to the heat source equipment and clean any residual fuel from the furnace and pipes.
Apply rust-preventive oil to easily rusted parts. Cover electrical equipment with dustproof cloths and disconnect the main power supply.
Regularly check the warehouse humidity. If the environment is humid, run the fans for 1-2 hours per month to prevent moisture damage and corrosion of the equipment.
