ANON tower grain dryers can be used to dry a variety of grains, including rice, beans, wheat, corn, sunflower seeds, and smaller grains such as rapeseed, sorghum, and millet. They can dry both grains and seeds.
Working Principle
During operation, grains enter from the top of the dryer and fall onto the grain spreading tray. The tray rotates at high speed, evenly distributing the grains. Once in the drying section, the grains move within a specially designed drying structure while being dried by hot air. Excess moisture evaporated is carried away by the air. Both drying and tempering are completed inside the dryer. After several working cycles, the grains reach the initial target moisture content, drying is complete, and the grains are discharged. The entire process is highly automated.
