The ANON air seeder has a high sowing accuracy and can ensure that the seed qualification rate reaches over 95%. It is based on the principle of aerodynamics. This seed discharge device generates negative pressure with a fan. The seeds inside it will be adsorbed on the air holes of the seed dispenser. When the seed arrangement disk rotates, the excess seeds in each pore will be scraped off by the device in the hole cleaning area. Then, when the stomata reach the seed delivery area, the negative pressure will disappear, and the seeds on the stomata will fall into the seed delivery tube under the action of gravity. Strengthen the process
To enhance the service life of this seeder and your user experience, ANON has made upgrades in many aspects. We adopted a bearing positioning design for the bearing of the air seeder. This design can effectively prevent the bearing from sliding left and right along the shaft direction and causing wear. It can ensure that the bearings are always in the correct position in the equipment, thereby enhancing the stability and accuracy of the transmission system. We have carried out pipe fitting welding for the single-unit four-link structure of this seeder. The closed cross-section of the welded structure of pipe fittings can effectively resist the impact and torsional loads brought by soil, etc., reducing the deformation risk of the machine.
