1. Full-Width Header for Flexible Harvesting
The non-row header accommodates different corn planting row spacings without requiring precise row alignment. Its detachable front tips can be installed to improve the machine’s ability to handle lodged corn, subject to field conditions.
2. Extended Ear-Picking Rollers for Efficient Feeding
The 800 mm ear-picking rollers are 70 mm longer than those of comparable models, providing a longer working section and improved stalk-pulling performance. This design helps maintain smooth crop feeding and reduce blockages during harvesting.
3. Wide Conveying System and Cleaner Corn Ears
With a maximum conveying width of 800 mm, the enlarged conveying channel provides more space for crop transfer and helps distribute ears evenly into the peeling unit. A standard centrifugal fan removes impurities before peeling, reducing the cleaning burden and helping improve the cleanliness of harvested ears.
4. Effective Husk Removal
The standard 20-roller peeling unit uses fish-scale rubber rollers for strong gripping performance and spiral rubber rollers for effective crop guidance. This combination supports efficient husk removal while helping reduce ear damage and crop loss.
5. Compact Design and Easier Maintenance
The approximately 6.7 m body length provides a compact structure for flexible turning in the field. Automatic lubrication devices on the machine’s chains simplify routine maintenance and reduce manual lubrication work.
