Boat Tractor
ANON boat tractor is an agricultural machine designed specifically for paddy field operations and can help you finish a lot of work. It is mainly suitable for paddy field tillage, rotary tillage, ditching, weeding, and other operations. It has unique advantages in areas with deep water accumulation, low terrain, and where tractors cannot enter the fields.
1. The ANON boat tractor adopts a streamlined design, mostly welded steel plates, has good water buoyancy, and can avoid getting stuck in the mud.
2. The thrust is generated by the rotation of the impeller, which is suitable for medium-depth paddy fields and has flexible steering.
3. Simple structure: no complex transmission system, low failure rate.
Our Products
Boat-shaped design
The ANON boat tractor features a reinforced boat-shaped chassis, providing excellent anti-sinking properties and significantly reducing driving and steering resistance. This allows it to easily handle deep muddy paddy fields and swamps while maintaining agile steering. The thickened manganese steel fully enclosed hull, compared to the thin steel plate bottom of ordinary boat tractors, offers greater impact resistance, stronger deformation resistance, and lower ground pressure, solving the problem of difficult operation for wheeled and tracked tractors in deep muddy paddy fields. The machine-boat combination allows the equipment to float on the surface of watery soil, with the drive wheels providing propulsion. This enables stable operation in deep muddy areas such as lake paddy fields, winter paddy fields, or swamps without compacting the soil. The bottom is equipped with anti-slip treads and scratch-resistant plates to ensure enhanced traction in muddy conditions, preventing slippage and protecting the tractor from rocks and tree roots, making it suitable for harsh working environments.
Dual-power drive
The ANON boat tractor is equipped with a diesel engine and dual drive modes. When working in dry land or on cloudy days, it relies on the drive wheels at the bottom of the chassis and the ground for power. When working in deep water or swampy areas, it switches to propeller propulsion mode, which can achieve flexible transfer across fields, ditches and shallow ponds without the need for a trailer. It is especially suitable for rice production areas with scattered fields, which greatly saves on special transportation costs.
Multi-interface power output
The ANON boat tractor is equipped with a rear power take-off shaft, vehicle power take-off interface, and hydraulic suspension system. It can be matched with more than 20 kinds of agricultural implements, such as rotary tillers, harrows, rice transplanters, harvesters, fertilizer applicators, and plant protection sprayers, to realize the mechanized operation of the entire process of rice planting, tillage, sowing, fertilization, weeding, and harvesting. It also supports low-power, high-torque output and is compatible with special agricultural implements such as fishpond dredging pumps, mud conveying devices, and reed harvesters. One machine covers multiple scenarios such as agricultural production, farmland infrastructure, and tidal flat management.
Humanized Operation
The ANON boat tractor features a fully sealed, waterproof engine and electrical system, resistant to mud and water immersion. The dashboard and control levers are treated with waterproof and rust-proof materials, preventing short circuits even under rainy conditions. The body undergoes an anti-corrosion powder coating process, increasing corrosion resistance by 50% and extending service life. The cab features an ergonomic operating platform, a non-slip, shock-absorbing seat to reduce bumps, and an integrated control lever design for one-button adjustment of tillage depth, speed, and implement height. It can be equipped with a simple canopy and sunshade, significantly improving comfort during extended working hours, making it particularly suitable for elderly farmers.
FAQ
When operating in paddy fields, the driving wheel blades insert into the soil to push the hull forward, which is less likely to sink and more flexible in steering compared to tractors, resulting in higher production efficiency in paddy fields. Moreover, the machine plowing boat has a low center of gravity and runs smoothly, making it more suitable for the complex terrain of paddy fields.
If your tractor gets stuck during operation, you can handle it according to the severity of the stuckness: For minor stuckness, first raise the implements to reduce resistance, then switch to a low gear and try reversing to get out; if reversing is difficult, place straw, planks, or stones on the drive wheels or sides of the hull to increase friction, then try reversing again; for severe stuckness, use another tractor to tow it out. When towing, be sure to secure the soft rope to the tow hook on the hull, and do not pull hard to avoid damaging the tractor. Also, remember to take precautions: survey the field before operation, avoid areas with unknown mud depth, and work in batches if the load is too heavy.
First, conduct a comprehensive inspection of the equipment. Check that the engine oil and fuel levels are sufficient, tighten the bolts connecting the hull and implements, and test the waterproof seals for integrity and the electrical system for any looseness. Next, prepare the field by clearing away large rocks, tree stumps, and other obstacles. If the field is deep-watered, drain the water to a depth of ≤30cm beforehand to prevent the propeller from spinning dry. Finally, conduct a test run. First, drive the tractor unloaded for one lap, switch to amphibious drive mode to confirm normal power output, then attach implements and test-operate for 5-10 meters, adjusting the tillage depth and speed to optimal settings.
Determining whether your field needs a boat-type tractor hinges on assessing whether it’s a special paddy field environment characterized by deep mud and extremely poor load-bearing capacity. You can check the following characteristics: If your field consistently has mud depths exceeding 30 centimeters, causing ordinary tractors to sink immediately; the soil is muddy and has extremely poor load-bearing capacity; the field itself is a cold-waterlogged field, a lake field, or a winter-watered field; and the field is relatively small, irregularly shaped, and mostly located in hilly or mountainous areas of southern China—the more of these characteristics you meet, the stronger your need for a boat-type tractor. Conversely, if your land is flat and firm, then you have absolutely no need for this specialized equipment.
First, thoroughly wash and dry all parts of the machine. Apply rust-preventive oil to the hull, drive wheels, and other metal surfaces. Next, maintain the power system by draining the old engine oil and replacing it with new oil. Empty the fuel tank and add fuel stabilizer. Remove the spark plugs and inject a small amount of engine oil to protect the cylinders. Then, remove the propeller and drive belt, clean them, and seal them in a plastic bag. Simultaneously, remove the battery, fully charge it, and store it separately in a dry place. Remember to recharge the battery monthly. Finally, cover the entire machine with a rainproof and dustproof cloth and store it in a dry warehouse, away from moisture and corrosive substances.
