During the husking process, the husker can ensure a high husking rate and reduce the damage of brown rice as much as possible. Usually, the husking rate of the advanced husker can reach about 85%-95%, and the crushing rate of brown rice can be controlled at a low level, generally less than 5%. This is because the husker makes use of the friction and pressure between rubber rolls or sand rolls through the precise mechanical structure and reasonable operating parameters to make the rice husk fall off, without over-squeezing the brown rice.
