How does a portable dryer work?
Its basic principle is that the cleaned grains enter the drying tower through an elevator and fall by their own weight. The clean hot air generated by the stove is sent into the drying system by a fan, coming into contact with the grains to evaporate their moisture. During the cycles of drying, conditioning, and cooling, the grains gradually lose moisture until they meet the safe moisture requirements.
Does the mobile dryer have requirements for grain drying?
You can prepare from two aspects:
1.The moisture content of the grains entering the machine should generally not exceed 30%-35%, as high moisture can easily lead to equipment overload and uneven drying.
2.You need to make sure the impurity rate, such as straw and dust, is lower than 2%, as excessive impurities may block the system, affect the flow of hot air, and increase the risk of fire.
