Product descriptions
The ANON MNSW 18 Rice Whitener Machine is designed to mill brown rice into white rice at 2–3 tons per hour. Its long emery roller provides a more uniform milling effect and helps improve the rate of finished white rice. The external fan and medium-pressure air suction help control rice temperature during milling, reducing broken rice and bran. A graded flow plate and secondary bran separation system help cool and clean the finished rice. You can use the MNSW rice whitener as a single machine or combine multiple units in a rice milling line to meet different processing capacities.
- Lower Broken Rice Rate & Higher White Rice Yield – build in air suction helps control rice temperature during milling, reducing excessive heat and helping lower broken rice.
- 2–3 TPH Processing Capacity – Process 2–3 tons of rice per hour, making the MNSW rice whitener suitable for small and medium-scale rice milling operations.
- Better Rice Cooling & More Uniform milling – The external fan and air suction system remove heat generated during milling, helping keep the rice at a more suitable temperature.
- Cleaner Finished Rice – The rice outlet uses a graded flow plate and secondary rice bran separation system to reduce bran carryover and improve the cleanliness of finished rice.
- Flexible Rice Mill Configuration – You can use one MNSW 18 rice whitener as a standalone milling machine or install multiple machines in series when higher processing capacity or a stronger milling effect is required.
- Stable and Proven Structure – The mature machine structure supports stable operation and consistent milling performance in continuous rice processing plant.
- Easy to Maintain – The relatively straightforward milling structure makes routine inspection, cleaning, and maintenance easier for your rice milling operation.
