Production description
The ANON MMJP Series Rice Grader is designed to separate white rice into different grades, including whole rice, big broken rice, and small broken rice. With a 4-layer screen design, the ANON MMJP rice grader separates whole rice multiple times. This helps reduce the amount of whole rice mixed with broken rice and improves the consistency of each rice grade. It is suitable for rice mills that need better separation of whole rice and broken rice and more consistent finished rice grades.
- Better Separation of Whole and Broken Rice – Separates whole rice, big broken rice, and small broken rice into different grades for more consistent finished rice.
- 4-Layer Screening for Better Grading – Four layers of screens provide multiple grading stages and improve the separation of rice by size.
- More Uniform Rice Grades – Different screen openings separate rice according to size, helping you produce more consistent whole rice and broken rice grades.
- 2.5–7 TPH Capacity – Processes 2.5–7 tons of rice per hour, making the MMJP suitable for different rice milling operations.
- Low Power Consumption – With a power range of only 1.1–2.2 kW, the rice grader provides efficient grading without high power demand.
- Stable Continuous Operation – The pulley belt and eccentric gear drive provide steady movement of the screening system during continuous rice grading.
- Improve Finished Rice Quality – Better separation of whole and broken rice helps you achieve cleaner product grades and a more consistent final rice output.
