Working principle of Anon High-Quality Peanut Thresher Peanut Picker Peanut Sheller
Use a motor or diesel engine to drive the machine. When the peanut vine( with peanut on) is put into the machine through the feeding inlet, the peanut and vine will be separated from each other under rotating& hitting of the axle. Then peanuts and sundries( e.g. peanut leaves) drop into the vibration sieve, while the vine will be sent out via the outlet of the peanut vine. The vibration sieve and blower work together to remove sundries from peanuts. Finally, clean peanuts come out from the outlet sieve.
Operating instruction:
Operate strictly according to instructions.
1. Put the bottom part of the vine into the machine by feeding the inlet( vine part upward, and peanut part downward) evenly. Do NOT put stone, wood, or metal into the machine, these may cause damage to the machine and cause safety risks to the operator.
2. Do NOT put your hands into the feeding inlet, vent, or sundries outlet. Be sure to tighten the sleeves. Female operators, especially the ones with long hair, should wear hats to avoid hair being rolled into the machine by accident. It is extremely dangerous.
3. Stop the machine immediately when you hear abnormal noise and check carefully. If the machine was blocked, check the feeding amount, belt tightness, and power supply.
4. Troubleshoot timely, and do not continue to use it even if there’s something wrong with the machine.
5. Avoid machine overload work, and be sure to check& maintain the machine after working every day. For instance, dip lubricant and repair welding.
