Grains are put into the dryer in batches. Under the interaction of the electrical part and the structural part, the grains circulate in an orderly manner. The hot air from the rice husk burner enters the drying layer under the action of a single electric fan, passes through the drying layer to heat the grain, and the airflow extracts the moisture in the grain. The exhaust gas is discharged out of the machine with the suction of the exhaust fan. When the moisture reaches the set value, the drying process ends and the machine stops working.

1. The machine is equipped with a control system that can control the temperature in the box and automatically detect the moisture content of the grain. Generally, a batch of grain takes 8-10 hours to complete, and the moisture content of the grain can be safely stored only when it is between 12% and 13%.
2 . The combustion furnace puts rice husks, straw, anthracite, and other fuels into the furnace to burn and generate heat. The smoke enters the heat exchanger and is discharged out of the machine after multiple cycles. At the same time, the cold air is heated outside the heat exchanger and discharged from the dryer, which can greatly improve the thermal efficiency, save energy and reduce costs.
