Why Choose ANON No Till Seeder?

01
Cost Savings

Firstly, ANON’s no-till seeders have a simple structure with no complex precision parts, resulting in a lower failure rate and a very affordable price compared to other planters. Considering the user’s investment costs, we strive to offer you the most favorable price. Secondly, our no-till planters can operate directly on fields covered with straw, compacted soil, or wasteland, saving you from the tedious processes of traditional planting, such as rotary tillage, stubble removal, and land preparation, significantly reducing the number of times the machine needs to enter the field. You no longer need to use multiple machines or hire a large number of workers; the savings in fuel and labor costs can be substantial for large-scale farmers, resulting in significant cost savings per season and even higher long-term benefits.

02
Drought Resistance and Moisture Retention

ANON no-till planters eliminate the need for soil tillage before planting, reducing soil disturbance and maximizing moisture retention, making them particularly suitable for arid, semi-arid regions and areas with insufficient soil moisture. After planting, the remaining chopped straw forms a mulch layer, effectively preventing soil moisture evaporation and creating a windbreak to protect the soil. After sowing, the compaction by the rollers allows the seeds to come into close contact with the soil, absorb water faster, germinate more stably, and significantly improve the emergence rate. This fundamentally solves the problems of missing seedlings and broken rows caused by moisture loss in traditional sowing, laying a solid foundation for subsequent high yields.

03
Smooth Stubble Breaking

ANON no-till seeders are equipped with a high-strength stubble-breaking device that easily cuts the straw and stubble of various crops such as corn, wheat, soybeans, and rice. Even in fields with a large amount of straw returned to the field, it maintains smooth operation without tangling or clogging the blade. No-till seeding eliminates the traditional tillage process, significantly shortening the sowing cycle and allowing for simultaneous seed and fertilizer application. You only need to prepare the seeds and fertilizer before sowing. During operation, you don’t need to stop the machine to clear debris, resulting in more continuous and stable operation.

04
Precise Sowing

ANON no-till seeders can be equipped with a precision seed metering device for precise sowing. The contour-following structure ensures that every row and every seed is sown at a highly consistent depth on uneven terrain, preventing uneven sowing, double sowing, and missed sowing. After sowing, the crop growth distribution is more reasonable, with better ventilation and light penetration, more developed root systems, stronger resistance to lodging and pests and diseases, and a stable and guaranteed yield.

+
05
Soil Protection

ANON no-till planters utilize conservation tillage to protect the soil, avoiding compaction caused by repeated machine passes and preserving soil structure. Direct sowing under straw mulch increases soil organic matter content and improves soil aggregate structure, gradually loosening and aerating compacted soil. Straw return and no-till mulch continuously nourish the soil, making it more fertile and robust with repeated cultivation, leading to long-term, stable, high-yield, and sustainable farming.

Applications

Applications

ANON no-till seeder is widely used in complex plots such as returning straw to the field, continuous cropping, drought and little rain, and is particularly suitable for areas where conservation tillage is promoted. It performs outstandingly in no-till seeding of crops such as corn, wheat, and rapeseed, and can effectively reduce soil erosion and improve soil fertility retention. Its efficient and integrated operation capabilities are also very suitable for agricultural machinery cooperatives and agricultural service companies to carry out full mechanized trusteeship business, especially in areas with severe drought and wind erosion, showing good moisture retention performance.

Operation Tips

Operation Tips

During operation, it is essential to adjust multiple parameters for optimal performance. For example, you can control the seeding depth by adjusting the height of the furrow opener or the pressure of the pressure wheel. Adjust the row and plant spacing to suit the needs of different crops, such as corn or soybeans, by changing the seeding gear or adjusting the transmission ratio. You can also precisely control the amount of fertilizer applied by adjusting the working length or speed of the fertilizer trough roller. These adjustments ensure accurate seeding and fertilization, helping you improve overall planting efficiency and crop yields.

    FAQ

    Frequently Asked Question
    01
How much horsepower does it take to pull a no-till planter?

The Great Plains 10-foot no-till planter requires at least a 50-horsepower tractor and at least one hydraulic system. It comes with a warm-season grass box, a legume box, and a regular grain box. It can plant warm-season grasses, soybeans, wheat, oats, fescue, and more.

    -
    02
How much does a no-till planter cost per acre?

A five-year-old no-till planter costs $12.56 per acre if you plant 200 acres per year, and $7.27 per acre if you plant 400 acres per year. After 800 acres, maintenance work begins to increase, and the cost of owning the planter increases.

    +
    03
    Is no-till farming more profitable?

No-till farming is far more profitable than conventional farming because it requires less fuel, equipment, and labor. It also provides additional environmental benefits by increasing soil organic matter and keeping the soil stable.

    +
    04
Will long-term no-till farming worsen soil compaction? Does it affect soil fertility?

Long-term no-till farming not only does not cause soil compaction, but it can actually improve soil compaction and enhance soil fertility. Traditional tillage damages soil aggregate structure, leading to the loss of soil organic matter and, over time, compaction. No-till planting combined with straw return to the field allows the straw to decompose and transform into soil organic matter, increasing soil humus content, improving soil aggregate structure, and gradually making compacted soil loose and aerated. At the same time, no-till farming reduces the compaction of the soil by agricultural machinery, avoiding damage to soil structure, reducing soil erosion, and improving soil water and fertilizer retention capacity. Long-term practice shows that after more than 3 consecutive years of no-till farming, soil organic matter content can increase by 0.1-0.3 percentage points, soil bulk density can decrease by 10%-15%, and the land becomes more fertile with each planting, achieving sustainable farming.

    05
Will simultaneous sowing of seeds and fertilizer really not burn seedlings?

No, it won’t burn seedlings. The depth and amount of fertilizer can be precisely controlled. The seed and fertilizer are scientifically positioned with a vertical separation of 5-8cm. The fertilizer is applied directly below or to the side of the seeds, avoiding direct contact that could burn the seeds and seedlings, while ensuring the fertilizer reaches the root system for absorption. Fertilizer utilization is more than 30% higher than traditional surface fertilization. The fertilization depth can be adjusted from 8-15cm according to the crop’s growth needs, meeting the fertilizer efficiency requirements of different crop root development. The fertilizer amount is controlled by an adjustable fertilizer applicator, ranging from 10-50kg per acre, with an error of no more than 5%. You can flexibly set the amount based on crop variety, soil fertility, and target yield, ensuring sufficient fertilizer effectiveness without waste, and achieving precise fertilization.
