The ANON single body paddy separator utilizes the differences in physical properties of paddy and brown rice, such as specific gravity, particle size, and coefficient of friction. Under the action of reciprocating transverse vibration of the screen body, the grain mixture is gradually and automatically graded. The brown rice, with a higher specific gravity and smaller particle size, sinks and flows upward through the conveying action of the bidirectional inclined convex separation plate, flowing out above the separation plate. The paddy, with a lower specific gravity and larger particle size, floats above the brown rice and flows downward at an angle to the bottom of the separation plate, thus achieving high-quality separation.
