MJXT Series Length Grader is suitable for rice processing plants. It is grading equipment used to separate the whole rice from the broken rice. It can be combined with the white rice grading screen. It can make sure that the whole rice does not contain the broken rice and the broken rice does not contain the whole rice. It can obtain good technological and economic results.
Working Principle
The main working component of the length grader is a horizontal drum with a pocket on the inner surface. After passing through the feeding hopper, the material enters the drum evenly and stably and falls into the bag hole on the drum. As the drum rotates, the short particles and granules will stay in the bag hole, and after reaching a certain height, fall into the roller. The central collecting tank is discharged by a screw conveyor. The long grain will also rise a certain distance in the pocket of the bag, but always breaks off the bag hole before the short grain and rolls back to the bottom of the roller. Since the roller itself has an inclined angle, the long grain will be pushed out of the roller to achieve a long Separation of granules and short granules. The collecting trough adjusting device can adjust the inclination angle of the collecting trough to collect the rice grains reaching different heights to achieve different degrees of separation effect.
