The ANON MPGW double-roller rice polisher features a horizontal structure and consists of a drive system, feeding device, polishing chamber, discharge port, spraying device, rice bran collection hopper, base, and blower. Rice enters the machine through the feed port. Under the pressure of the water pump, nozzles spray atomized water onto the rice from the main shaft. The up-and-down movement and friction of the polishing rollers generate high temperatures, causing the starch on the rice surface to form a gel-like layer. This effectively repairs surface cracks and removes surface bran. The polishing effect is excellent, with high production efficiency and a low broken rice rate, effectively improving the appearance of the rice, increasing its commercial value, and extending its shelf life.
