1. Powerful Engine and Smooth Transmission
Choose a 175 HP Dongfanghong or Quanchai engine with a high-pressure common-rail fuel system and oil-water separation filter. The mechanical three-speed transmission combined with hydrostatic speed control provides convenient operation and flexible speed adjustment.
2. Five-Row Header with Multiple Row-Spacing Options
Available with 520 mm, 600 mm, or 630 mm row-spacing configurations, the header accommodates different corn planting layouts. Six-sided composite serrated stalk-pulling plates and stalk-pulling rollers extended by 100 mm improve crop feeding, reduce blockages, and help minimize grain loss.
3. Widened Elevator and Three-Fan Cleaning System
The widened elevator and three-fan arrangement improve stalk conveying and debris removal. A safety clutch helps protect components against overload, while the chain-type husk discharge system supports continuous residue removal and helps reduce grain loss.
4. Clean Grain Recovery and Efficient Unloading
The optimized grain fan features adjustable airflow to improve cleaning performance. A hydraulic-motor-driven auger supports convenient grain discharge and bagging. The enlarged 2.8 m³ grain tank reduces unloading frequency, while dual hydraulic cylinders provide an unloading height of up to 2.3 m.

Standard reversing and grain-tank monitoring cameras help operators check rear visibility and grain loading. Wide tires, including 11.2-20 drive tires and 9.5-20 steering tires, support field mobility. The enclosed cab provides a wide field of view and a more comfortable working environment.
